One life. Three disciplines. One through-line: helping people see more clearly, feel more deeply, and move forward with intention.

ABOUT

I don't believe the parts of a life have to compete.

I built The Nexus as a home for the work that has shaped me: storytelling, healthcare, and personal transformation.

For more than a decade, nursing taught me how to meet people in uncertainty. Film taught me how to make meaning from what we survive. Life coaching brings those lessons together — presence, pattern recognition, compassion, accountability, and the courage to move.

NURSING

Care before cure.

My nursing career has moved through direct patient care, cardiac recovery, pre-op, care coordination, virtual nursing, surveillance, and public-health work.

The clinical lens I bring is practical: listen closely, notice patterns, respect the person in front of you, and never confuse a diagnosis with an identity.

LIFE COACHING

Pattern. Presence. Agency.

I chose life coaching because guiding people through change has always been part of my work — at the bedside, on the page, behind the camera, and in ordinary conversations that change the way someone sees their next step.

Coaching is not psychotherapy, medical diagnosis, or medical treatment.

THE NEXUS

Maybe the thing that looks like three different lives is actually one calling seen from three angles.

Film gives the story. Nursing gives the science. Coaching gives the space to choose what happens next.
